A crash course in reactive shaders with creative technologists wetgenes

Wetgenes are the technologists responsible for creating Drift’s visual output. They are feral game developers working within art & technology to produce artwork and create the technology to drive interactive projects that encourage exploration and creativity and explore ideas around manipulation and conformity within groups of people reacting to gaming technology.
For Outlands workshops they will be running Shader programming sessions via the Shader Toy website - real industry technology used to create games, music videos etc. Using its online editor participants will creatively explore live coding, visual feedback and myriad other techniques to develop technical, creative skills for instant and engaging results.
Age/ability: Suitable for anyone comfortable with using and navigate a computer! 16+
Participants need to bring their own laptops.
