Ron’s Gone Wrong is the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally connected device, which is supposed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions, set against the backdrop of the social media age, launch them into an action-packed journey in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship.

This screening has sensory friendly adjustments which aim to reduce over stimulation and create a relaxed and welcoming environment.  Our relaxed screenings are particularly suited to families with children with sensory sensitivities, including those with autistic spectrum conditions and learning disabilities. These adjustments include:

  • No trailers.
  • Reduced capacity in the cinema with freedom to move around.
  • The hand driers are switched off in the toilets on the Sky Room floor.
  • Ear defenders and fidget toys are available to borrow.
