In response to the Government’s announcements, MK Gallery wants to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff. Everyone must wear a face covering whilst visiting the Gallery unless you are clinically exempt or a child under the age of 11. When seated in the Café/Bar you may remove your face covering to enjoy food and drinks. Enhanced cleaning procedures will continue throughout the building, hand sanitisers will be widely available, and the NHS Test and Trace app will still be accessible for use.
Contactless Entry
Our new ticketing system offers print at home tickets as we are now paperless. We encourage you to display them on your phone. Please ensure the barcode is clearly readable upon arrival at the Gallery for contactless entry. Pre-booking for exhibitions, films and events is strongly encouraged to reduce queues and help us manage visitor numbers.
Feeling Unwell
If you or any of your party feels unwell or needs to self-isolate, you can request to exchange your tickets free of charge. If no alternative date is available, we are able to offer a credit on your account. We ask you to continue to be considerate of others and hope that you enjoy your visit.
