Online Shop Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. MK Gallery aims to ensure the pricing of products is correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at time you place your order. MK Gallery cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted and reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices of some goods on-line may differ from those in our on-site shop.

If MK Gallery has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered we will inform you by email and any sum which may have been debited from your credit card, will be credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.

The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items plus shipping and handling charge for packaging and postage. You will be contacted to confirm the status of your order. All products are priced in pounds sterling (£) and include UK Value Added Tax where applicable.

By ordering a product you accept MK Gallery’s terms and conditions, which can be subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check them regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

When you have completed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. It will state what the products are, the cost (including postage, packaging and VAT if applicable), delivery information and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why.

MK Gallery accepts all major credit and debit cards. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. MK Gallery does not store any credit card details. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and MK Gallery will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.

A legally binding contract between you and MK Gallery will be formed upon confirmation receipt of the dispatch of your order. This email confirmation shall represent MK Gallery’s legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If MK Gallery confirms to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been dispatched, the product(s) that have not been dispatched will not form part of the contract. In the event of any change, for example, in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, MK Gallery shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept the change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer which MK Gallery will accept upon notification of dispatch) or (ii) reject the change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail or courier service depending on the shipment and delivery address. All items are usually dispatched within 5 working days after an order has been placed and delivery times vary depending on shipping method and destination.  Shipping charges are calculated from your shipping address, and the weight and dimensions of the package to be delivered. Books and pamphlets are the only items over 2kg that can be sent by Royal Mail’s international services. The maximum weight for sending books and pamphlets is 5kg. Orders over 5kg will be split into two separate shipments and will be charged accordingly.

Orders are executed within 5 days so cancellations are possible if you get in touch immediately. If you do find you have made a mistake please contact us immediately so that we can try to intercept your order. In the event that you should decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your name and order reference number.

This will be without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods. Please appropriately package the items with a copy of the original invoice and send it to MK Gallery. For the return of high value goods, MK Gallery recommends that you use a recorded delivery. Please contact us by phone on 01908 676 900 or email info@mkgallery.org if you would like to obtain authorisation of your return. MK Gallery is not responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to MK Gallery by you within 7 days of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice number. Failure to notify MK Gallery will deem you to have accepted the goods.
